Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Processing Times
Orders received on business days are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by close of business on the next business day (usually Monday).
UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air
Please note that UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air orders should be placed by 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, we offer USPS (Ground and Priority) and UPS (2nd Day Air and Next Day Air) services.
P.O. Boxes
Nsha makes every effort to ship worldwide. Our standard carriers for international shipments (including shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico) are the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS Worldwide, and DHL, to the extent available.
* Although we will try our best to use the shipping carrier you select, we reserve the right to ship using a comparable service from one of our other standard carriers, if we deem prudent.
* The delivery times shown above are estimates only. Actual time in transit can vary widely by country and locale. Also, please note that this transit time does not include time spent in customs.
Customs clearance can take anywhere from several hours to several days, and there is no way to predict or to influence the exact time. Fortunately, Nsha mprocessing times are the same as for domestic packages (see above).
* In most countries, once the package is cleared through customs usually it will be handed off to your local postal service for delivery. In Canada, for example, your delivery likely will be completed by Canada Post. In the United Kingdom, your delivery likely will be completed by Parcel Force.
* While our shipping carriers are able to ship to many countries, we cannot guarantee that an item can be shipped to you. Additionally, we are restricted from shipping Alterna internationally. If we are unable to ship an item to you, we will gladly issue you a full refund.
* International customers bear the risk of loss on international shipments. Please contact Customer Care to request insurance.
* Due to transport restrictions, hazardous material items are not permitted to be shipped internationally.
